Freelance Android Developer

HUGE is currently seeking a talented, hands-on freelance Android Developer to join our mobile team for a five-week engagement beginning immediately. Advanced knowledge of the Android platform to create phone and tablet applications is required. The ideal candidate is a strong-team player that can be counted on to develop innovative solutions as well as champion best practices and approaches. HUGE is responsible for the HBO GO and Adult Swim iPhone and iPad apps, among many others.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years experience in the interactive space
An Android application developed by you in the Android Market
Advanced knowledge of Java and Android development tools
Experience developing compelling user interfaces
Self-driven
Troubleshooting & performance analysis skills for Android apps
Knowledge of a scripting language a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
