Recruiter

HUGE Recruiting is looking to add a mid to senior level Recruiter to our team.  We are responsible for finding and hiring the current and future bad asses in our industry.  We are a swat team of detectives, ambassadors, talent scouts, talent agents, and negotiators and we scour the globe for the top .01% across UX, VD, Strategy, Tech and PM. 
 
Responsibilities:
•    Work and form relationships with internal management teams to know the ins and outs of their departments and better understand their needs.  
•    Comfortable to hunt and gather in both traditional and at times, bizarre ways.  
•    Superior attention to detail and organization skills.
•    Desire to deliver an awesome candidate experience to each and every person who walks through our door
•    Negotiate every detail of hiring a future HUGEr down to the most minute details while keeping the process exciting.
•    Serious search and sourcing skills – seriously.
 
Requirements/Qualifications:
•    4+ years of recruitment experience in an extremely fast-paced environment finding and hiring high quality talent.  
•    Digital agency and/or technology recruiting experience a plus.
•    Seasoned in all phases of recruitment – sourcing, assessment, relationship building, networking, negotiation, etc.
•    Genuine interest in people – their experiences, stories, and motivations.
•    A great attitude - We take attitude seriously, we don’t like bad ones! We want someone who is approachable, thoughtful, and enthusiastic to pitch in.
•    Knowledge of NYS labor laws as well as visa and green card requirements and sponsorship processes.
