March 27, 2012. Brooklyn. Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts has been ranked number one in the Digital IQ Index: Hotels report issued by L2, a digital think tank. Praised for its strong visuals, curated itineraries, incorporation of user-generated reviews, and overall online brand experience, Four Seasons is one of only three brands to earn “genius” status on the list. The L2 ranking measures the digital competency of 52 hotel brands via 350 data points across four dimensions: website, digital marketing, social media and mobile.

Huge partnered with Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts to design the new FourSeasons.com, which launched in January. Huge was responsible for leading the visual and interactive design for the site, with the goal of delivering an immersive, personalized experience, tailored to meet the needs of Four Seasons’ guests. The new FourSeasons.com effectively manages multi-property social media communities and showcases the brand’s signature service through photo-rich, informative property and destination pages.
