Huge Expands in Latin America with New Tech Hub in Brasília

November 2, 2012 - Brasilia. Huge has announced the opening of a second Brazilian office in Brasília, the country’s federal capital. The new office will partner with Huge’s team in Rio de Janeiro, functioning as a technology hub for the company in the region and providing specialist mobile development services to Huge’s clients throughout Latin America, the United States and Europe.

The expansion of Huge’s Brazilian operation comes in response to the growing demand for the company’s services in Latin America and the opportunity to partner with the talented development community in Brasília. The new office will focus on providing technology solutions for mobile and emerging platforms, two of Huge’s fastest growing service areas globally. In August, Huge was ranked among the United States’ three largest agencies in mobile revenue by Advertising Age. The investment in additional development resources reinforces the agency’s leadership in the industry and helps clients accelerate their transition to mobile platforms.

Huge’s team in Brasília will be overseen by Fernando Aquino, who has joined the agency as Managing Director of the office. The office is already home to 15 employees, working in partnership with Huge’s Brazilian headquarters in Rio de Janeiro on a number of client projects.
