Tasked with identifying big challenges and uncovering opportunities for growth through digital transformation, innovation and creativity, the practice is an essential part of all the work Huge does.
Huge is looking for two Senior Strategists in the Oakland office, both with general strategy skillsets but fluency in slightly different areas of focus. In both roles, you will work across various industries (i.e. Technology, Education, Consumer Electronics, Gaming, etc.), and collaborate with cross-functional teams as you hone your strategy skills and solve business challenges.
What you’ll be doing.
In this Senior Strategist (Brand) role, you will work closely with strategy leadership and cross-functional teams like Research, Analytics, UX, and Design to define challenges, uncover insights, find opportunities, and translate them into actionable strategies for brands. You will flex a wide range of strategic skill sets, doing everything from brand strategy to content strategy and comms planning to developing creative strategies for integrated campaigns and brand experiences. You’ll be communicating clear strategic visions to clients on existing accounts and new business pitches in a high-growth office. This is a hands-on and client-facing role. Some activities you’ll be working on include:

What we’d like to see.
- 5-7 years experience in strategy roles driving proven results for clients within an agency, consultancy, or tech company.
- Ability to solve problems independently and simultaneously tackle multiple challenges in high pressure situations.
- Experience with marketing in a digital/interactive/mobile/web environment.
- Strong appreciation for design, creativity, and user experience and proven ability to collaborate with creative partners.
- History of developing cohesive, compelling strategic visions for brand and content challenges.
