Job Description.

Strategy Vice Presidents at Huge are responsible for bringing strong, insight-driven strategic thinking across a diverse array of projects, whether it’s revamping a storied company’s e-commerce presence, creating new benefits for a loyalty program, or simply helping a client navigate organizational change. They understand market forces, translate user needs into action and work with clients to help them transform into successful businesses of the modern economy, embracing digital as a central driver to future success. 

In this role, you will help clients build long-term, valuable relationships with their users and customers across a multi-channel, cohesive brand ecosystem. This means having as much passion for a digital experience as an in-store one. 

You will spend significant time with clients, gaining deep insight into client business problems and becoming a trusted thought partner and advisor to the C-Suite.

You will determine customer strategies and identify areas of opportunity. You’ll build a case for ideas that produce growth, evolve our clients and drive advocacy for them in the market. 

You’ll oversee cross-functional teams who use research, data and digital behaviors to uncover deep insights. 

You’ll inspire cross-discipline teams and provide beacons for briefs that captivate clients and inspire groundbreaking ideas.

What you’ll be doing.

  • Develop cohesive, compelling strategic visions for our clients that guide their evolution or transformation in the form of longer-term roadmaps. 

  • Shepherd the development and ideation of innovation programs with our clients, identifying proofs of concept and value drivers, and help clients socialize them to the greater organization.

  • Define new organizational structures and work with clients to improve internal processes.

  • Collaborate closely with Creative and Technology leadership to ensure that we're providing the right recommendations and experiences for business growth and customer love.

  • Participate in pitches and business development.

  • Partner with client services to grow key large accounts and ensure client satisfaction.

What we'd like to see.

  • 12+ years leading strategic initiatives that have demonstrably driven growth in a consulting, agency or in-house role, with at least 3+ years working on an e-commerce platform.

  • Experience managing a team of 5+ people.

  • Experience driving product strategy, customer experience strategy, and/or managing new lines of business.

  • Track record of building cases for strategic initiatives and presenting strategic recommendations to internal teams, senior executives and key stakeholders.

  • Experience helping clients concept and develop new digital service models, including implications to technology and data systems and processes.

  • Ability to manage and develop high performing teams in high pressure situations across a portfolio of clients.

  • Strong appreciation for design, user experience and content strategy.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Experience integrating loyalty programs into digital experiences is a plus, but not required.

  • Experience working with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics or Adobe Omniture.

  • MBA preferred, but not required.
