The role of Campaign Manager will lead campaign setup and execution within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform while providing necessary guidance to creative teams. This role is an integral part of our technology solutions and focuses on collaborating with internal stakeholders and clients to design solutions for CRM marketing programs. To be successful in this role, candidates must be technically driven, accustomed to working in close partnership with designers, PMs, and developers, and have an in-depth understanding of email marketing solutions and marketing automation platforms. This position is expected to utilize both automation platform expertise and email marketing best practices where applicable within their daily responsibilities.




  • Build and deploy email marketing campaigns, automations and journeys via Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Data Extensions, Content Builder, Journey Builder, and Automation Studio)
  • Review campaign requirements and define solutions required to support CRM programs
  • Document and maintain a campaign matrix, capturing business rules and ensure all documentation is completed for campaign configuration including tagging and source code management, as required
  • Create and maintain campaign documentation, ensuring business rules, segmentation, and tagging are well documented and approved prior to deployment 
  • Collaborate with the cross-functional team (data analysts, creatives, html developers and project managers) as needed to support high quality campaign builds
  • Participate in the creation and execution of functional and data related test plans with vendors and client database teams
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders in designing dashboards and analytic reports relevant for CRM marketing programs
  • Assist business stakeholders in drawing insights from data to determine campaign success and further strategy development
  • Participate in meetings where email best practices, CASL rules and strategy are being discussed
  • Identify areas of opportunity within campaign and CRM processes and work with the team and management to clarify and simplify complex processes
  • Adhere to quality assurance processes and standards, as well as production schedules and deadlines for all projects
  • Assist in identifying new opportunities for using and acquiring data to better meet the needs of our clients
  • Perform other related functions and responsibilities as assigned from time to time


What we’d like to see.  

  • One (1) to three (3) years of experience managing and executing campaigns in an enterprise marketing automation platform
  • You must be able to run projects from end-to-end, and have a strong knowledge of the progress of all projects your team is working on at any given time.
  • You have a strong understanding of email and digital marketing best practices including deliverability, A/B testing, automation, dynamic content, and compliance standards
  • You know how to evaluate an HTML and make basic edits if needed
  • You have strong organizational, analytical, and problem solving skills
  • You have strong attention to detail and are able to manage your time with excellence and multi-task when needed
  • An entrepreneurial spirit, a desire for autonomy, and an ability to set aside their egos and build something amazing.

  • Ability to work in Eastern Standard Time (EST)
