Huge is looking for an innovative Product Principal to lead and help shape an exciting new industry leading creative benchmarking index for our clients.
As Product Leader, you will have a clear vision for what clients need, how analysts will judge it and most importantly, what the gaps are in the marketplace..
You will be responsible for the design, development, and build of the digital product. You will oversee a team made up of a strategist, an insights and analytics specialist, a data scientist and you will collaborate with other teams (creative, research) at Huge. Most importantly, you will use your analyst experience to form a go-to-market plan to ensure the product has the most reach and resonance across the analyst community, agency networks, and client organizations.
What you’ll be doing.
- Drawing upon your experience as an Analyst in the research industry, you will lead the design and development of a first-of-its-kind creative industry benchmarking product, codifying creativity, making it measurable and actionable, for all to see.
- Partnering with clients to understand the key actions and outcomes that this kind of product needs to inform.
- Leading a team of direct reports, and drawing upon SMEs from various crafts as needed.
- Whilst part of the Huge Data and Insights craft, you will be closely collaborating with other crafts including Creative, Design and Strategy.
What we’d like to see.
- Ideally, you will come from a renowned research and advisory organization.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in insights-led products and marketing and business transformation.
- A demonstration of an appreciation and understanding of the brand, marketing, and creative landscape.
- A product and entrepreneurial mindset, with the drive to bring a groundbreaking product to market.
- Proven ability to take an analytical and end-to-end approach from market needs assessment to concept and solution design, to final output and promotion of that output.
