Mark Manning.

Global Chief Operating Officer

Mark Manning

Mark is responsible for Huge’s global operations — or, more explicitly, transforming our operating model and optimising our existing business for client success, sustained growth, and financial performance. He ensures that Huge's operations are laser-focused on delivering value to our clients while assuring the long term growth of our global business. Mark has oversight of Huge’s Program Delivery and Operations teams, and he is responsible for the strategy, goals, processes, systems and tools that allow teams to solve problems and drive the best outcomes for our clients and for Huge. Above all else, Mark is precision-engineering an internal infrastructure that not only keeps the machine running, but establishes Huge as a best-in-class example of New World Working, or operating on the bleeding edge of a new hybrid working environment.

Mark has held leadership roles at Huge since 2016. Most recently, he was President, West Region, where he was fully accountable for all business and operations for clients like Google, Sony PlayStation, Shipt, Okta, and Riot Games. Previously, Mark was Managing Director, Huge London, where he led the office's growth and development, innovating for clients in the EMEA region such as Nike, Enel, Hublot, Hugo Boss, and The Economist.

Mark has also been an Executive Sponsor for the Huge XD School, a training program aimed to help kick-start careers in design, both in London in 2016 and Oakland in 2020. His first cohort worked on scaling a US-based platform to an international region for the first time with a focus on UX talent. His most recent cohort focused on breaking down barriers for underrepresented identities in the UX and design industry.

Prior to moving to London to work at OgilvyOne in 2013, Mark held leadership roles at R/GA and OgilvyOne in New York, where he steered the Samsung Mobile, Johnson & Johnson, and TD Ameritrade accounts.
