Matt is responsible for elevating the craft of client partnership and encouraging a client-centric culture at Huge.

With its transformation into a creative growth acceleration company, Huge serves clients globally, which means Matt and his team are at the forefront of building and maintaining trusted relationships that are rooted in collaborative, tangible, real-world results, and driven by data and creative problem-solving. Matt helps keep our global Client Partner craft sharp, identifying and solving complex client problems, and corralling all the relevant necessary resources to ensure our clients' needs are not only met but exceeded. 

With over 25 years of relevant experience, Matt has worked at global agencies such as Sid Lee, Critical Mass, BBDO/Proximity, and Tribal DDB. During this time, he brought transformational, digitally led thinking to global brands including Audi, Boeing, Google, Mars, Netflix, Pepsi QTG, P&G, Samsung, Starbucks, and Visa in markets around the world.

Matt has presented at SXSW, Banff World Media Festival, Tech Toronto’s MarketingTO, Dx3, and Advertising Week. His POV has been sought out by the Financial Post, Betakit, Media in Canada, Strategy, and ThePopBreak. In 2011, he was Executive Producer of the off Broadway play "Quake," and wrote, directed and produced "The Grind" for the 2001 Toronto Fringe Festival. He is an active volunteer with Rippleworks and YLabs, and advises early stage start-ups through Techstars.

Matt’s work helped three different agencies on his CV win Agency of the Year honours, plus Cannes Lions, Best in Shows at the FAB Awards, Effies, and LIAAs, and many other regional awards.
