Huge Schools are discipline-specific, paid apprenticeship programs designed to give talented individuals the skills required to be successful in a career at Huge. Programs exist in user experience, visual design, technology, and digital program management. Students are admitted to winter and summer classes, where they work on real projects overseen by senior employees. Huge School encourages applications from students, graduates and professionals, regardless of academic background, industry experience or current location.

Huge's User-Centric Design course teaches participants the skills to conceptualize and design best-in-class digital experiences. Taught by senior interaction designers and user experience experts, this intense 3-day program covers the essentials of research, product strategy, information architecture, content strategy, interaction design, usability testing and documentation. Attendees are exposed to lectures and detailed case studies and participate in hands-on working sessions, as well as group assignments and critiques.
This course is recommended for individuals with some experience in the interactive industry (for example, as a marketer, manager or technologist), as well as industrial designers, graphic designers or architects who are looking for an introduction to interaction design and user experience strategy.

Huge developed a social media bootcamp program for over 200 United Nations communications professionals. The event, hosted at Barnard College, brought together senior UN officials and communications managers for a day of training and discussion about advancing the United Nations' communications objectives using social media. The program featured lectures from industry experts as well as hands-on working sessions.
