As Global CEO at Huge, Michael Koziol is responsible for Huge’s growth, strategic development, and service delivery across the agency’s 12 offices throughout North America, Europe, Asia, and Latin America.
Michael joined Huge five years ago and has built a reputation for incubating and growing emerging fields of expertise. He co-founded the agency’s Atlanta office, which quickly grew into the network’s second-largest office and a major hub for retail experience design, digital-physical innovation and industrial design. He also led the launch of Huge’s first consumer-facing retail experience – Huge Café – which operates as a standalone business and serves as a retail test lab for the agency and its clients. Michael served as President of International before assuming the role of Global CEO.
Prior to joining Huge, Michael produced original and branded entertainment content for a variety of clients including AT&T. In 1999, Michael co-founded Ant Farm Interactive, a full-service digital agency specializing in interactive marketing, media, and customer relationship management. Ant Farm was acquired by Nurun in 2004, where Michael served as EVP of Strategy and Development for the combined companies
Michael received his BA from the University of Georgia and his MBA from the J. Mack Robinson College of Business at Georgia State University. In his new role of Global CEO, Koziol will be relocating to Huge’s headquarters in Brooklyn.
