NEW YORK, Oct. 13, 2026 — Huge, an independent, human-first, AI-native design and technology company, today announced that it has been named in the Gartner® report “Cutting-Edge Providers to Watch in Intelligent Products and Services Innovation Services,” authored by Robert Brown and published Sept. 16, 2026.
In its August forecast report, Gartner defined intelligent products and services innovation services (IPSIS) as “offerings that leverage AI to create immersive, adaptive, and intelligent business experiences and interactions within and across value chains.” The September report assessed providers against 13 IPSIS capabilities, organized into four tiers: table stakes, fast follower, early adopter and leading edge. Huge was rated High, the top of four rating levels, in all 13, including the leading-edge capabilities Value Tracking via Outcome Services, Memory as a Service, Ambient Interfaces and Managed Agentic Ops for AX.
According to the Gartner report, “Smaller AI innovators are disrupting the IPSIS market by moving beyond traditional design thinking and ‘code-only’ software engineering. They focus on augmenting personalized, human engagement, and bridging digital and physical product experiences.”
“Everyone has access to AI now. What separates the work is the judgment behind it. That’s what clients come to us for,” said Josh Campo, CEO of Huge. “We believe being recognized in this Gartner report validates the choice we made to rebuild Huge around the talent and tools AI demands, so the brands we work with see results sooner.”
Since regaining its independence at the end of 2024, Huge has rebuilt how it operates from the ground up. Expert design and technology practitioners work alongside AI agents in Huge Atomic Teams (HATs), supported by HugeOS (the company’s agentic operating layer) and LIVE (its proprietary data platform). Huge Outcomes, the company’s value-based commercial model, pairs a fixed fee with a performance bonus tied to the results Huge delivers.
The report is the third Gartner publication this year to include Huge. In August, Huge received an Honorable Mention in the 2026 Gartner Magic Quadrant™ for Global Digital Marketing Agencies and was named an illustrative vendor for AI-native products and services in “Forecasting the $89 Billion Opportunity in Intelligent Product and Service Innovation Services.” In the forecast, Gartner projected worldwide spending on intelligent product and service innovation services to grow from $34.6 billion in 2025 to $88.7 billion in 2030, with AI-native products and services the fastest-growing of its three segments.
