The Partnership

Aon knew it needed a revitalized digital experience to communicate the significant progress the firm was making on connecting its global capabilities to serve clients. To achieve this goal, Aon enlisted Huge to undertake the redesign and development of a fully reimagined Aon.com.

We began the effort with in-depth stakeholder interviews during a robust multi-month discovery phase, immediately followed by a vision creation phase to define platform needs, a new digital expression of Aon’s brand and a site architecture that would form the foundation of Aon’s new global website ecosystem. We then moved directly into design and development of a flagship site for a launch in the summer of 2023.

When Aon enlisted Huge’s help, they were on a multi-phase, multi-year journey aimed at transforming both the company and its brand, while bringing together a disparate global network of over 120 local markets and their corresponding websites. This challenge meant Huge needed to create a platform that could provide the necessary permissions, localization, scalability, performance, authoring and content governance experience that would allow the site to launch and scale for Aon worldwide.
