Jon Judah

Jon leads the Strategy and Data craft at Huge, focused on enabling our clients to have greater confidence in their pursuit of growth and innovation.

As Global Chief Strategy Officer at Huge, Jon is responsible for implementing Huge’s global strategy with Huge’s craft leaders in creative, technology, and innovation. He leads a team of high performing, award-winning strategists, analysts, and data scientists focused on helping identify new sources of growth for our clients. Jon brings over 20 years of experience in strategy and design to his role at Huge, with a focus on experience transformation and brand strategy across a range of industries. Key clients have included ExxonMobil, The Home Depot, Pfizer, Lyft, Epic Games, Cox Communications, and Sotheby’s International Realty. Jon has also worked with a range of non-profit and mission-based clients including Medicare and the US State Department.

Before his role as CSO, Jon served as Global President of one of Huge’s client portfolio business units, overseeing the delivery and growth of Huge’s products and services for over a dozen clients across sectors. Prior to Huge, Jon spent over a decade in management strategy consulting, helping his clients develop new digital strategy and service design capabilities, with a specific focus on C-level teams within technology-led organizations.

Jon has authored papers on governance, design, and technology strategy, and facilitated talks for various global organizations including SXSW, Cannes International Festival of Creativity, The Service Experience Conference, The Clinton Global Initiative, Word of Mouth Marketing Association (WOMMA), and TED. In addition to his work at Huge, Jon teaches a master's course on digital strategy at Georgetown University, where in 2018 he was awarded the prestigious Tropaia award for outstanding faculty.
