Jacque is the Global Head of Research at Huge, overseeing a team of 20 qualitative and quantitative researchers who support work across all Huge offices. At the heart of her work is a need to truly understand and represent the user throughout the design and development process. Jacque has a decade-and-a-half of extensive research and strategy experience. Most recently, she has worked with clients including McDonald's, Madison Square Garden, Kohl's, Zelle, Google and Verizon to instill user insights into digital products.
Jacque began her career at a small research shop, growing it from 2 people to 20. After that, she ran her own business for 4 years where she utilized new technologies like Google Glass for unique consumer insights. Most recently, Jacque was at Toyota in their Social Innovation department.
