Richard works on guiding brand strategy and identity initiatives for a number of Huge’s key clients including: Google, Morgan Stanley, Pfizer, Thomson Reuters, and Nike. He was also responsible for the entire brand development of Zelle, including naming, identity/design, brand architecture, bank integration strategy, messaging, and brand voice development. Prior to joining Huge, Richard spent five years as a senior strategist at Landor, both in the U.S. and abroad. Richard’s work has been featured in Adweek, B&T, The Hub, and Retail World. He speaks regularly at industry conferences, lectures at Cornell University on brand experience, and has appeared on national radio in both Australia and the United States. Richard holds a BA in American Studies and History from the University of Nottingham.
