As Chief Product Officer, Lisa oversees a mission-critical piece of Huge’s transformation. In her role, she has led her team to craft and deploy a suite of new products that meet or anticipate our clients’ needs — the lynchpin of our transformation into a creative growth acceleration company. With over 20 years’ experience driving growth in the creative, digital marketing, and consulting industries in the UK and Europe across a wide range of global brands, Lisa is uniquely qualified to redefine how we work with clients.

Before joining Huge, Lisa served as Managing Director at Accenture Interactive, operating in multiple leadership roles across the UK and Europe. She drove double-digit growth across communications and technology clients, enabled the integration of key acquisitions, and launched a new capability focussed on scaling experience-driven engagements.

Starting her career in Paris and London, Lisa helped strategise and deliver impactful campaigns for international clients such as Orange, Coca-Cola, and SABMiller before co-founding Work Club. There, she spent eight years helping build one of the most successful independent digital creative agencies of its time. When Havas later acquired Work Club, she focussed on driving growth by retaining, integrating, and growing the digital creative talent and culture she'd created with Work Club throughout the rest of the company.

Lisa's impact has been recognised by the world's top industry awards shows. She has served as a judge at the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity, D&AD, and The Drum Awards. She has contributed thought leadership on the topic of experience and L&D initiatives for some of the world's top tech brands, as well as to Campaign’s US, UK, and Asia editions.
