Adrienne is a seasoned Talent and Business Leader with deep experience in change management, organizational transformation, internal communications and leadership development. As the Global Chief Talent Officer at Huge, she directs all aspects of the global talent team, encompassing HR Business Partners, Employee Relations, HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and Employee Engagement. Adrienne collaborates closely with executive leadership across all functional areas to provide both strategic leadership and tactical support, ensuring alignment and cohesion across regions and enhancing the overall employee experience.
Adrienne’s innovative leadership style focuses on building high-performing, diverse and inclusive teams. Having started her career in the business as a creative producer, she has a unique understanding of the talent experience, client management and delivery.

Before joining Huge in 2019, Adrienne served as VP of Administration & Strategic Projects at Friends of the High Line. There, she led strategic planning, HR, IT and administrative functions, significantly growing the organization and enhancing their operational efficiency. She also held roles such as Associate Director, People & Culture at Big Spaceship; and HR Manager at Fjord US (now Accenture Song), where she built their US HR practice and processes, opened and scaled their San Francisco office and managed HR requirements through the Accenture acquisition.
Adrienne’s educational background includes an MA in Media Studies from The New School and degrees from Syracuse in Anthropology and Television & Film. A passionate advocate for education, Adrienne serves on the board of the Achieve Foundation, a nonprofit that raises funds to support students, families and educators in the South Orange and Maplewood, New Jersey public school district.
