Toni Lowe

As Global Chief DE&I Officer, Toni is responsible for the end-to-end design and implementation of a holistic DE&I strategy at Huge. She ensures that DE&I is part of Huge's DNA, and is reflected in every aspect and process in the organization, from recruiting to promotion, employee experience, culture, and behaviour. 

With over 18 years of transformational leadership experience, Toni has supported Fortune 500 & 1000 companies like USAA and McAfee as a global DE&I and human resource practitioner, where she deftly built infrastructures at both grassroots and global scales. She is passionate about corporate social responsibility and social justice, and uses her experience to support national and local community organizations. 

Before joining Huge, Toni served as Diversity and Inclusiveness Leader for the National Tax & People Advisory Practices at Ernst & Young. In this role, she designed a comprehensive, integrated DE&I strategy for both practices and implemented initiatives to advance historically excluded talent. Toni was also vital in the conception of the firm's anti-racism efforts and commitments, and led solutions for enterprise-wide implementation.

Toni has been widely recognised for her advocacy, including as a National Diversity Council Multicultural Leader Award recipient, a Nominated Changemaker for The White House United State of Women's Summit, and Walker's Legacy Power 15 Women in Leadership Award recipient. She is also a member of the Jewish Federation of Greater Dallas’ Jewish Community Relations Advisory Council, serves as the Racial Equity Chair for the Dallas Mayor's Star Council, and is an active member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated.
