Toni Lowe

As Global Chief DE&I Officer, Toni is responsible for the end-to-end design and implementation of a holistic DE&I strategy at Huge. She ensures that DE&I is part of Huge's DNA, and is reflected in every aspect and process in the organization, from recruiting to promotion, employee experience, culture, and behaviour.

With over 18 years of transformational leadership experience, Toni has supported Fortune 500 & 1000 companies like USAA and McAfee as a global DE&I and human resource practitioner, where she deftly built infrastructures at both grassroots and global scales. She is passionate about corporate social responsibility and social justice, and uses her experience to support national and local community organizations.

Before joining Huge, Toni served as Diversity and Inclusiveness Leader for the National Tax & People Advisory Practices at Ernst & Young.
