Urvashi leads the Finance function at Huge which includes Commercial Finance, Financial Planning and Analysis, Accounting and Real Estate. Urvashi is a strategic finance leader with over 25 years of driving operational and financial performance across multiple industries including media, retail, commerce, online education and banking. A common thread across her experiences has been to lead change and transformation efforts through industry disruption and resulting business model evolution.

Urvashi is here to ensure Huge delivers against its audacious goals. She is operationalising Huge's commercial strategy and ensuring our go-to-market aligns with our overall growth objective. Huge is a complex, global business, and in her role, Urvashi is wholly invested in driving long-term sustainable and profitable growth.

Urvashi joined Huge from Ralph Lauren where she served as the SVP of Global Corporate Finance. There, she partnered with the executive team on strategic planning for a $6B+ annual revenue business. In her role, she led the financial planning processes across the business, executed multimillion-dollar capital investments for digitisation, streamlined corporate costs and led the transformation of the finance organization.

Previously, she was at Discovery Communications, the leader in global entertainment that reaches multi billion viewers. At Discovery, she served as the Division CFO of a $3B+ US business segment and led International Financial planning & Analysis for Discovery Networks International, a multi billion dollar complex diversified media portfolio.

Urvashi sits on the board as a Treasurer for World Pulse, an independent, women-led social network connecting women leaders worldwide to accelerate global change.
