Ez Blaine is dedicated to exploring the intersection of Strategy, Design, and Emerging Technology, constantly driven by helping people bring bold, culture-shifting ideas to fruition and evolving how brands can connect with people and develop genuine, lasting relationships.
Before joining HUGE, Ez amassed over 20 years of experience in the creative industry. His journey began as a graffiti artist in London, UK, and he further honed his skills through studies in Fine Art and a Master's in Moving Image. He then embarked on a successful career as a Digital Art & Motion Director, working with renowned creative agencies such as Wieden+Kennedy, AKQA, and Jellyfish Pictures, and on iconic brands including Nike, Nokia, and Selfridges.

In 2009, Ez moved to the U.S. to become a Digital Creative Director at TBWA Chiat Day LA, leading projects for brands like Google, Gatorade, Nissan, and Grammys. He continued to make his mark on the industry, leading projects for the Nike Jordan business at AKQA SF and the Beats by Dre work at R/GA LA before transitioning to the client-side. Over the past ten years, he has been instrumental in leading product, brand, and creative teams for ChowNow, Sonos, and Apple.
Ez is passionate about supporting emerging talent from diverse backgrounds. Playing a pivotal role in launching ONE School U.S. and U.K.—the global free 16-week portfolio program for Black creatives. Now in its 3rd year, the program has achieved groundbreaking success with a 73% hire rate across 147 agencies and brands for its graduates, 60% of whom are women.
