Jim Sherman brings more than three decades of financial leadership to Huge, spanning public accounting, private equity, and high-growth technology services. Before joining Huge, he spent 26 years at Ernst & Young, rising to audit partner and advising large multinational companies, private equity portfolio businesses, and privately held companies across manufacturing, consumer products, distribution, technology, professional services, and engineering and construction. That work gave him deep experience with IPOs, SEC filings, and the financial demands of scaling PE and venture-backed businesses.

Jim has guided Huge through its evolution as a combined company, leading finance at predecessor companies Avionos and Hero Digital before continuing in the role at Huge. He is responsible for all financial aspects of the company, including Accounting, IT, FP&A, Client Finance, Treasury, Audit, M&A (including integrations), Tax, Regulatory, and Risk Management.  Jim works closely with Josh, the Board, and the extended leadership team, to support all strategic and growth Huge initiatives.

Financial discipline built for scale, growth, and the long game.

Jim, a CPA, served for more than 25 years as a board member of the Juvenile Protective Association, a Chicago nonprofit supporting children, families, and educators. Jim holds an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and a BS in business administration, with a double major in Finance and Accountancy, from Miami University.
